One of, what I feel is the most wonderful uses of honey is in crafting cocktails.

You can really enhance flavours without making drinks ‘sickly sugar sweet’ using honey.

We have been having great fun designing fabulous cocktails with the support of a mixologist.

Cooking With Honey

Honey is higher in fructose than glucose. Fructose is sweeter than glucose, so you may be able to use a smaller amount of honey cooking food or preparing drinks without sacrificing sweetness.

Sugar requires multistep processing before it becomes the refined, granulated table sugar that we use most often.

Raw, unprocessed and full of health promoting properties.

We simply spin the honey from the honeycomb (leaving plenty for the bees), filter out fragments of wax and bottle it for you to enjoy.
